Alexandra and Robert’s wedding at Villa San Juliette was such a beautiful one to photograph. For an early April celebration, the day was especially warm, with soft golden light and so much joy surrounding them from beginning to end.
Their friends and family were so clearly happy for them, and that feeling shaped the entire day in such a meaningful way. Every part of the celebration felt full of love, excitement, and genuine connection.
Their ceremony overlooked one of Villa San Juliette’s signature towers, with roses and a lovely pathway adding to the beauty of the setting. It was such a romantic place for them to say their vows and such a beautiful backdrop for this spring wedding.
One of the most meaningful parts of the day was the way Alexandra honored her mom throughout the celebration. She carried a charm on her bouquet in her memory, and her ring tray included a photo of her as well. During the ceremony, family members placed flowers on a seat reserved in her honor, which was such a touching tribute.
Earlier in the day, Alexandra shared a first look with her dad and then with her brothers in a garden centered around a giant oak tree. It was such a sweet and emotional part of the day.
For family photos and bridal party portraits, we used a small hidden oak tree garden tucked into the property. It was the perfect setting for portraits and gave that part of the day such a peaceful, intimate feel.
As the evening light softened, we headed out for sunset portraits between the oak trees and along the cypress-lined driveway. Those areas are some of my favorite places for portraits at Villa San Juliette, and the warm evening light made everything feel especially timeless and romantic.
Alexandra and Robert’s wedding was such a joyful celebration, and I’m so excited to share this little sneak peek from their day.
